Microgreens are 7-12 days old vegetable seedlings that still have their cotyledon leaves (baby leaves). Those leaves contain high amount of sulforaphane a compound which has been shown to REVERSE chronic illnesses.
Our microgreens are pure, no pesticides or chemicals. We use organic soil and seeds of the best quality. The microgreens are harvested by hand to insure the best quality.
